Sontaq Terms of Use

By using Sontaq, you agree to these Terms. They explain Sontaq's role and your responsibilities.
Sontaq's role
- Sontaq is a marketplace and connection platform for transport, cargo, buying, selling and supporting logistics services.
- Sontaq provides introductions and matching only.
- Sontaq does not own vehicles, cargo, warehouses, or transport equipment.
- Sontaq does not own, hold or guarantee goods offered for sale.
- Sontaq does not itself carry goods, forward freight, clear customs, or act as your broker or agent.
- Users contact each other and agree terms directly.
- Sontaq is not a party to any transport, cargo, freight, storage, sale, purchase, payment or logistics-service agreement between users.
- Using Sontaq Business does not create employment with Sontaq.
- Sontaq does not pay users merely for participating.
No guarantees
- Sontaq does not guarantee a match, an opportunity, a transaction or a commission.
- Sontaq does not automatically verify users, contact numbers or listings.
- Sontaq does not guarantee that information on Sontaq is accurate, current or lawful.
- Sontaq does not guarantee that another party will perform as agreed.
- Public commercial listings may be based on business information published publicly.
- They show their source, may not have been claimed by the business, and are not verified by Sontaq.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Use only a phone and WhatsApp number you are authorized to use.
- Verify counterparties and businesses independently before you agree.
- You are responsible for your own agreements and transactions.
- Comply with all laws that apply to your activity.
- Protect your phone, WhatsApp number and recovery access.
Listings & conduct
- Post only lawful, genuine listings.
- Do not use Sontaq for fraud, deception, abuse, or illegal or harmful activity.
- Use contact details you receive on Sontaq only for the related business.
- Sontaq may remove listings that appear fraudulent, abusive, illegal, misleading, or harmful.
- Sontaq may suspend or restrict access where misuse is detected.
- Report a listing in the app or through the Contact page.
Agreements & payments
- Parties set prices directly with each other.
- Confirm quantities, timing, delivery and payment terms before you agree.
- Payment is arranged directly between the parties.
- Sontaq does not process payments between users.
- Take care with advance payments, especially to parties you have not verified.
Transport & logistics
- Verify operators, vehicles and cargo before you agree.
- Check permits, licences, insurance and transport documents where required.
- Operators are responsible for keeping within legal carrying limits.
- Freight forwarders, customs-clearing agents, logistics companies, brokers and transport agents are independent parties. Verify them independently.
Buying & selling
- Verify the buyer or seller before you agree.
- Check the goods: quantity, quality, condition, and grade or specification where relevant.
- Agree price, trade and delivery terms directly.
- Buy and sell only lawful goods.
Service basis
- Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
- Availability may vary.
- Features and limits may change.
- Results depend on the information available.
- Labels and indicators are guidance, not guarantees.
